The BCN3D Epsilon W50 is an extremely powerful professional grade dual extruder 3D printer. Built with BCN3D’s innovative IDEX dual extrusion system with a large print volume in it’s own enclosed print chamber for accurate, high quality and consistent 3D printing.

It has a huge print volume, at 42  x 30 x 40 cm so you can build large models in a single print run. This combined with the versatility that the IDEX dual extrusion system provides means you can print not only large parts but large parts with complex geometries. Making the most of the dual extrusion system to use solid infill like HIPS or PVA.

Alternatively you can use the large print volume to build multiple parts in a single run at twice the speed using the W50’s Duplication mode, or print multiple left and right parts with its Mirror printing mode.

All in all, it will stream line your production process without compromising on print quality.

Epsilon W50 Generation 2 Features

IDEX swappable Hotends

The IDEX system uses a series of swappable hotends with different nozzle diameters and nozzle characteristics. This means you can select the right hotend for the job, saving both time and money, making your 3D printing workflow more efficient. For example you can print your perimeters with a 0.4mm hotend and the infill with a 0.8mm hotend, or, print your model with 0.8mm and detailed PVA supports with 0.4mm. Print up to three times faster without giving up quality: finer outlines and coarser infills.

Multiple printing modes for improved work flow

The sigma software also allows for Mirror and duplication mode printing for faster production of multiple versions of the same model or printing symmetrical sides of a composite model, left and right versions. The new Multi-material mode allows for the combining of print materials properties to your print.

High quality extruders

The Extruder drive system features BondTech dual drive technology to give greater control and superior performance of the extrusion process. The extruder is made with a aluminum CNC machined body and hardened steel drive gears powered by Bondtech. It provides an incredible grip thanks to its high-tech dual drive gears that have proved to be the best feeding extrusion system, getting rid of grinding issues, no matter the filament used.

Fully Online

You can easily interact with your printer via Wifi or Ethernet so you can send files to your printer, pause and stop printing and monitor your print. You can also easily perform firmware upgrades so that you can be sure that you are always using the latest technology.

High temperature extrusion and print bed

Don’t suffer from restrictions on the materials you can use. The hotend can reach 300°C and it has a maximum bed temperature of 120°C. So there is really no limit on the type of material you can throw at it and with the high bed temperature warping is a thing of the past.

Fully enclosed print chamber

Making the print chamber fully enclosed also reduces the incidence of warping and greatly increases the consistency of the print as print jobs do not suffer from environmental temperature fluctuations that can result in inconsistent cooling. The print chamber is also fitted with a HEPA filter to protect the working environment from potential harmful particles. The New Ventilation system in the Gen 2 cycles the Hot air from the chamber to maintain a constant pressure and temperature to improve temperature and airflow stability within the chamber for consistent print quality.

New Motor Drivers

The older TMC2226 drivers have been replaced with Trinamic TMC2130 drivers for greater efficiency and motor torque. They heat up significantly less than the old drivers and do not require heat sinks.

New Mother Board

The new motherboard is a custom-made  motherboard. The design reduces, what were, many 3rd party boards into a single BCN3D board.

With the Epsilon’s full colour touchscreen you get an attractive and intuitive interface that is fully equipped with advanced features that guides the user step by step.

Orders over 2kg in weight are shipped via DHL Express orders under 2kg are shipped via Royal Mail 48hrs Tracked. Returns & Refunds

Firstly, if you want to return a product or you have a faulty product please get in touch as soon as possible! To prevent ordering incorrect items, if you are unsure just ask and we can offer some guidance. However, bear in mind that we cannot say whether a particular product will be right for the purpose that you intend to use it for. You can return your goods to iDig3Dprinting for any reason within 14 business days following receipt at your delivery address as long as they are in a re-saleable condition. Filaments & resins cannot be returned once opened as once exposed to air these items perish. Downloadable goods and 3D print samples cannot be returned and no refund will be issued. Shipping costs of returned items are paid by the customer A full refund will be issued for unopened items that are returned in their original packaging that are in a "as new" re-saleable condition minus additional costs that are incurred by iDig3Dprinting like payment processing fees, custom duties or charges. We are afraid we cannot issue refunds for products that have been defaced, altered, used, or damaged in any way. All requests for refunds are subject to inspection by iDig3DPrinting of the returned item. We are not a charity or a lending library. Refunds and returns for faulty items works a bit differently. Faulty goods can be accepted for return upto 60 days from receipt of the goods (However we prefer to offer diagnostics and repair solutions prior to an actual return, its better for the environment). After this time you will need to contact the Manufacturer. A repair or replacement will be issued for faulty goods once they have passed inspection and been found by iDig3Dprinting to be faulty. How to raise a return request

  • email idig3dprinting at and we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  • send the goods back in their original packaging.
  • Once we receive the goods back we will then check them and if everything is as it should be be will issue a refund.
  • If appropriate Refunded payments will then be issued using the original payment option. The time it takes to land in your bank account is determined by the payment gateway used not us.

The main thing is please communicate with us. We are not omnipotent! We can be quite flexible but this is built upon a foundation of mutual respect between our customers and iDig3Dprinting.
