Why the DaVinci 1.0 Pro 3 in 1

The 3 in 1 Da Vinci pro 1.0 allows you to perform 3D scans, 3D prints and do laser engraving with the laser engraving module ( Not supplied).  So not only do you have the benefits of XYZ printing’s versatile Da Vinci 1.0 Pro desktop 3D printer  with open filament system and greater printer settings control but also you can scan in your own models and personalise models with the Laser engraving tool head. This is an easy to use  plug’n play 3D printer with some great tools for enhancing your 3D printing  business services.

The Da Vinci Pro 3D printer features

One of the major differences between the Pro and the previous Da Vinci 3D printers is that you can use 3D printer filaments from any manufacturer, it has an open filament system, this together with an upgrade of their XYZware allows you to be able to adjust multiple print settings like: print speed; Print support; retraction settings; extruder temperature. You will have to discover what settings work best with what filament but it means that even speciality filaments can now be used.

The Da Vinci Pro has an Auto Loading filament system for easy changing and installing of filaments.

With it’s new print bed calibration system the onscreen software instructions will give you live feedback on your bed levelling using the DaVinci Pros bed level Detection software.

You can connect to your printer wirelessly, giving you greater connectivity than before.

This XYZ 3D printer has a build volume of 20cm x 20cm x 20cm which is extremely impressive for this price bracket.

It boasts a good sized build area of 20cm3, larger than most in it’s price range. and a range of layer resolutions to give you maximum options for your printing.

Importantly the print area is enclosed with a heated bed. This is great for ensuring the consistency of your printing between jobs and is ideal for both PLA and ABS, helping to reduce warping and improving print bed adhesion. The Da Vinci Pro also features an all Aluminium print bed which gives a better heat distribution and faster heating for reduced print warpage and better print adhesion.

It’s a safe printer too; having and enclosed build area helps protect prying fingers from the hotend and print bed during use making it an ideal choice for schools and the home.

Added to all this you can create your own 3D model files by simply scanning in an object and processing it through XYZscan software. The Da Vinci Pro 3 in 1 uses a 360 degree automatic rotating platform combined with Dual-laser scanning technology to produce distortion-free 3D scans. Automatic imaging takes only 5 minutes and finished scans are fully editable; you can scale them, reposition them, and use different post-production software to give your prints a unique finish. The XYZscan software also has a Multi-scan function so you can 3D scan your models from multiple angles and the software will merge them into one image to provide the best possible results.

Orders over 2kg in weight are shipped via DHL Express orders under 2kg are shipped via Royal Mail 48hrs Tracked. The advantage of flat rate Postage and Packaging to our customers are that if you order 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 spools of filament the price is the same. p.s. Were sorry about the Highland & Islands shipping costs, it’s a reflection on the increased shipping charges we have to pay.

Returns & Refunds

Firstly, if you want to return a product or you have a faulty product please get in touch as soon as possible! To prevent ordering incorrect items, if you are unsure just ask and we can offer some guidance. However, bear in mind that we cannot say whether a particular product will be right for the purpose that you intend to use it for. You can return your goods to iDig3Dprinting for any reason within 14 business days following receipt at your delivery address as long as they are in a re-saleable condition. Filaments & resins cannot be returned once opened as once exposed to air these items perish. Downloadable goods and 3D print samples cannot be returned and no refund will be issued. Shipping costs of returned items are paid by the customer A full refund will be issued for unopened items that are returned in their original packaging that are in a "as new" re-saleable condition minus additional costs that are incurred by iDig3Dprinting like payment processing fees, custom duties or charges. We are afraid we cannot issue refunds for products that have been defaced, altered, used, or damaged in any way. All requests for refunds are subject to inspection by iDig3DPrinting of the returned item. We are not a charity or a lending library. Refunds and returns for faulty items works a bit differently. Faulty goods can be accepted for return upto 60 days from receipt of the goods (However we prefer to offer diagnostics and repair solutions prior to an actual return, its better for the environment). After this time you will need to contact the Manufacturer. A repair or replacement will be issued for faulty goods once they have passed inspection and been found by iDig3Dprinting to be faulty. How to raise a return request

  • email idig3dprinting at support@idig3dprinting.co.uk and we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  • send the goods back in their original packaging.
  • Once we receive the goods back we will then check them and if everything is as it should be be will issue a refund.
  • If appropriate Refunded payments will then be issued using the original payment option. The time it takes to land in your bank account is determined by the payment gateway used not us.

The main thing is please communicate with us. We are not omnipotent! We can be quite flexible but this is built upon a foundation of mutual respect between our customers and iDig3Dprinting.
