3D printing Support
In addition to standard support offered by manufacturers we will always endeavourer to solve you 3D printing problems. If you buy any products from iDig3Dprinting we feel obliged to help you resolve any issues you have with your 3D printing to ensure that you get the best possible prints you can. This support goes beyond your manufacturers warranty period and is free, although non-warranty support won’t cover fixing printers and part replacement.
Our relationship with the manufacturers enable us, in many instances, to access a more direct line to technical and support services. Additionally we can draw upon our own experience of our machines and 3D printing to provide answers to your 3D printing issues.
Common problems you may encounter with 3D printing are print quality, warping and blocked nozzles & extruders. If you have any issues please just send us an email with your make and model and the nature of your problem and we will try and get you getting the most out of your 3D printer.
In a nutshell, if you have a problem please just get in touch and we will do our very best to find the solution or offer guidance on how you may proceed to resolve your problem.
